1. Finality of SaleBy placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

2. Payment Terms We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase through our encrypted payment gateway. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the transaction is authorized.

3. Assumption of RiskThe buyer explicitly acknowledges that they are purchasing goods at their own risk.

5. Delivery and Shipping Our responsibility ends the moment the product is handed over to the third-party carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery failures. No claims for "not received" or "damaged in transit" will be entertained.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kancheepuram Only.
